Carlos Fung was born in the city of Maracaibo, Venezuela. He studied law and political science and later discovered his passion, cinema. He has directed 7 documentaries and two feature films, all of history. His latest work has been the documentary "Quien es Miranda", which premiered in Paris in November 2016. Currently developing a series for television and is in the pre-production of a documentary about the history of the Florida of the United States.
