Mary Meyer is a film and television actress based in Atlanta, Georgia, where she has filmed numerous television shows, films, commercials, and other projects. Growing up in the Midwest, Mary developed a love for music, theater, and sports. After a long "life-happens" break from the performance world, she took an acting for the camera class at The Actor's Studio in Franklin, TN and the rest is history. While living in Nashville, Mary hosted a cable talk show called Music City Corner for two seasons, was a song lyricist with Platinum Planet Records, and produced her first comedy short film called Between Rock and a Hard Place. Since moving to Atlanta, Mary has enjoyed getting involved with the creative community through improv classes at Dad's Garage and through attending events with the Georgia Entertainment Sports League. She might even become a tennis player, although that is truly TBD because she's not very good. Regardless of how that "plays" out, Mary has some mad dance skills going in her kitchen, especially when she's cooking her healthy and delicious egg scramble. On a competing stage upstairs in her bathroom, Mary uses her hair brush as a microphone while rolling her shoulders in a somewhat off-beat and awkward manner while simultaneously lip syncing the wrong lyrics to popular songs. Truly a mind-numbing amount of talent in one 5 foot 6 and 3/4 inch body, although she routinely claims to be 5'7". Mary also enjoys script writing and producing comedy content and plans to do more in the future, even if it's nothing but a good dad joke now and then...She's here for you. But for real. She fully intends to see her work on the Big Screen someday.
