Jordan Michael Brinkman is an American actor and musician. Born in Utah to John and Kristy Brinkman, and raised in Texas, his interest in the performing arts began at a young age when he learned that people provide the voices for cartoons. Having a knack for impressions and a desire to entertain, he memorized entire movies and TV episodes to perform them for friends. The pivotal moment for him occurred when Sonny Melendrez came to his elementary school to give a motivational speech and talk about his career in voiceover and radio. In high school, he and his older brother, along with a friend, came up with ideas and stories for a cartoon series to which they intended to lend their voices. It was during this time that he discovered his love of both playing the guitar, and the theatre. It was there that he began to demonstrate his range as an actor, performing first as the bombastic Matamore in The Illusion, and then the timid George Tesman in Hedda Gabler. Following high school he served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, after which he enrolled at Central Texas College with the intent of pursuing a degree in Drama. Twice nominated for the Irene Ryan scholarship, he participated in the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival. It was through a cast mate that he got a taste of working in front of the camera when she had him tag along to work as a background actor on Revolution (2012). During school and after obtaining his associates of drama, he continued to work as a background extra, as well as in community theater productions, and short films. Since then he has appeared in films such as Trippin' to the Altar (2016), Camino (2016), and Hollow Scream (2018), and has worked as a stand in on Rooster Teeth's Lazer Team (2015) and Lazer Team 2 (2017). He lives in the Central Texas area where he continues to work as an actor and musician.
