Lenny Frieling

Lenny Frieling was born, as were most people, in Brooklyn, NY, January 27, 1951. A criminal defense attorney for over 40 years and counting, Lenny has been widely published on line and in print. He appeared in 4 episodes of the FOX TV reality court show, Power of Attorney and looked great on camera. Writing ranges from physics to humor. Of course physics is easier. His greatest achievement so far is having been integral in the legalization of marijuana in Colorado. Most of his media appearances, writing, teaching, public speaking, professional teaching, board memberships, board directorships, (Board Member Emeritus of Colorado NORML, Life Member,NORML Legal Committee, etc.), have involved marijuana legalization. His paper expanding (slightly) on A Brief History of Time, by Stephen Hawking was used by a University of Colorado physics class. He is as modest as his past is sordid and long, although he maintains that he is very sensitive. He moved to Boulder, Colorado six weeks after graduating Rutgers Law School, and lives there with his wife of 33 years, Debi Dodge. Debi is a fiber artist. Two turtles fill out the rest of the family.
