Drica Lopes

Drica Lopes worked at Warner Brothers and for a few producers in Los Angeles while studying Screenwriting at USC (University of Southern California). Before that, she had already spent a season in Italy studying Film Directing at Centro Sperimentale di Cinema. She brought to Brazil and to Scripth @ Filmes all her expertise. She began focusing on content creation with the fiction 'Turma do Gueto' [The Ghetto Gang], about the problems and life of people living in slums. In the same Broadcast Rede Record, she was script editor at O Melhor do Brasil' [The Best of Brazil]. After working on several programs, going through TV Cultura, Bandeirantes TV and other broadcasters to cable broadcasters. She worked on the Israeli fictional TV show 'Sessão de Terapia' [In Treatment], which became an audience and critical success, for the GNT channel. Nowadays Drica works as director/screenwriter aiming to create and develop original content.
