Solomon Akhtar - Entrepreneur - British technology entrepreneur Solomon Akhtar burst onto our TV screens in Autumn 2014 when he appeared in the tenth series of The Apprentice, making it to the final 5 of the series candidates. Also known as Solly, the young businessman famously impressed Sir Alan's aide Claude with his honest, inspiring CV and notable use of ships in his business plan! The British public soon took 23 year old Solly to their hearts as a fun and inspiring TV personality with Twitter fans topping 43,000 and growing daily. Solomon's first business was established during his University years, managing club nights in the South West, giving birth to the success of the 'F*** Me I'm Fresh' brand aimed at 18-30 year olds. He also ran the first successful Croatia yacht tour 'Hit the Deck' in the summer of 2013 - throwing some of the island's biggest parties. Today Solomon is the Founder and Managing Director at Instabear Ltd and WillyKini.com, both of which are rapidly growing start-ups in the UK (headquartered in London). Solomon is well known for his #LiveYoung philosophy, after using the phrase on social media in 2014. In addition Solomon gives motivational talks on business and how to create a successful start-up and is currently touring UK Universities. Since his first appearance on UK television, Solomon has made the headlines of many national newspapers and magazines who have celebrated his entrepreneurialism, his sense of fun, and his single lifestyle. In addition he is has been a guest on Radio 1, Kiss 100, Radio 1 Extra, Asian Network and Fubar radio stations to speak about his life and TV experience. Solomon Akhtar is single and lives in Central London, with his company offices located in Carnaby Street.
