Tyler A. Ryan

Tyler Ryan is a television host / investigative journalist and actor based in Columbia, SC He has appeared as himself in several reality shows on Lifetime and TLC. Tyler also produced and hosted "10 Weeks at Jackson," a documentary following 3 candidates going through basic combat training at Fort Jackson, produced and hosted the cooking competition show "Manmade Gourmet," and "Tyler's Travels" Tyler also was the Executive Producer and host of the Fox affiliate WACH-TV morning program Good Day Columbia. Tyler is a co-host, weather anchor, and investigative journalist at ABC Columbia, in Columbia South Carolina. In addition to writing, producing, and hosting several franchise programs, both long and short form, Tyler has won awards for his work in the community both on television and radio. Tyler his an experienced investigative journalist, blending his years as a police investigator and story teller to produce engaging, entertaining, and award winning content. Tyler was named the South Carolina Television Personality of the Year in 2013, and has consistently been nominated and won various local, regional, and national awards for his work as a talent as well as writer and producer. His background includes over 20 years in radio broadcasting, stage work, public speaking, and television. Tyler is also a pitchman / spokesman for several companies and non-profits throughout the south east.
