Born in Virginia, Ashley quickly found her love of storytelling through figure skating. Years of dance and theatrics on the ice inspired performance on the stage. After graduating with a degree in English/Communications and studies in performing arts, Ashley made her move to the big apple to take on her dream of becoming a professional actor. For over 4 years, Ashley studied acting technique, scene study, improv, and acting for film at the Atlantic Acting School and with private acting instructors such as Mary Boyer at MTB Studios. With considerable experience on New York TV shows, independent films and off-off Broadway productions, Ashley considered the move out west to develop her craft more specifically in TV and Film. Within a month in Los Angeles, Ashley booked a featured role on NCIS. Her success followed with small parts on Revenge, Two and A Half Men, Aquarius, and an HBO pilot produced by Brad Pitt. Ashley then secured a lead role alongside well-known professional wrestler Rob Van Dam as a serial killer in the short film, The Confession. With continued training in improv, audition technique and commercial workshops, notable credits followed. Ashley worked on the feature, Edith & Harvey and shorts, Break Away and Veneer. After almost 2 years in LA, Ashley moved to San Diego where her momentum has persisted. At the beginning of 2018, Ashley worked as a principal on her first national commercial with American Express and Hilton Honors. Shortly after, Ashley had the opportunity to play her dream role as a rookie detective on her first feature film in a lead role. Simultaneously, Ashley played a marine on a developing SAG web-series. In 2019, Ashley was involved with several industrial commercials, short films and film competitions. Ashley was nominated as Best Supporting Actress for her role in the short film, "Cut," at the Women Making A Scene festival.
