Angelos Poulis is an actor and stunt performer in Hollywood who in a short time is making his presence felt. Angelos was cast as lead actors in the "VERIZON go90", national commercial directed by Oscar winner Tom Hooper, produced by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, making a clear indication of his intent. Angelos was also recently cast in the TNT NETWORK series "The Last Ship", an action thriller TV show, and in that same month had the opportunity to stunt double for celebrity actor Dylan O'Brien, in print work, for his upcoming action thriller film "American Assassin". Recently CBS Network, and the executive producer/celebrity/basketball player Lebron James, chose Angelo to be the lead actor in a series of promo spots for the new TV Show "Million Dollar Mile", a 10-episode high-stakes competition series that challenges everyday athletes' physical and mental toughness, from LeBron James and Maverick Carter's Springhill Entertainment, Big Brother producer Fly on the Wall Entertainment and Warner Horizon Unscripted & Alternative Television. Born and raised in Athens, Greece, as a kid Angelos was an enthusiastic sportsman encompassing basketball, football, running, tennis, swimming and skateboard.With athletic background, need for speed and personal development through new challenges, he discovered the art of Parkour, and is known as the Greek Parkour pioneer, founding the first original Greek Parkour team "No Strings Attached" in 2007. He has hosted the biggest worldwide Parkour-Freerunning competition "RED BULL ART OF MOTION", a show that runs worldwide through Red Bull TV, and has brought his skills and extensive knowledge to the show, four years in a row, as the Greek Parkour Pioneer and world-renowned Parkour expert. Angelos has officially represented the sport in multiple interviews on popular TV shows, in major trade publications and websites, and with all that in hands, he relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. Angelos was the front man in commercials for YAMAHA, a Japanese multinational corporation based in Japan, and for French car manufacturer PEUGEOT. He starred in "VERTICAL", a commissioned art work video screened every hour at the Courtyard Marriott, Downtown LA. Angelos appeared in Hellenic Academy Award winning film "Cloudy Sunday" (2005), directed by well-known Greek director Manousos Manousakis, and introduced Parkour to the Greek masses in Nick Zapatinas film "Sta kala kathoumena" back in 2014. In Greek pop band Vegas huge music video "Pio Psila",which counts over 25.000.000 views and it is one of the best Greek video clips of all time, Angelos draws us in with his extensive range, a theme that continues with his appearance in American psychedelic soul band Monophonics hit Video "Strange love". Not content with only being in front of the camera, Angelos has an unquestionable talent behind the lens as a director, writer, editor and producer. In 2008 his appetite was lit by winning 1st prize in the MAD TV Greece video competition, which was the first of more to come. Recently he won an international award at Athens 4th International Film Festival, for his very own action sci-fi short film "Dragonborn - The Eternal Warriors" of which he was the director, producer, writer, editor as well as lead actor and stunt performer.
