Protiqe Mojoomdar

Protiqe is a student of Zoology, Literature, Theatre, Advertising, and Film. This unique education and the issues of early 21st century, have occasioned Environment/Sociology/Climate Action led award-winning fictional works especially 'Hawa Badle Hassu', 'I am Kalam', and 'Halkaa'. He dabbles in Music, Arts and Acting and hence his diverse portfolio in commercial cinema and series as Writer, Producer & Production Designer, such as 'Tripling', 'I am Kalam', 'Interdependence', 'Hostel Daze' and 'Chor Nikalke Bhaaga'. He is Nominated at Mirchi Music Awards, Artist Aloud Music Awards (Hungama), and his films have won the Filmfare Award, National Award, iReel Awards in India and several awards in Festivals abroad. His firm Handyyman picked up 2 back to back Silver & Bronze ABBY One Show awards in 2022 for the Series 'Hawa Badle Hassu' and Film 'Interdependence' that he co-wrote and produced. He expects to continue his journey towards becoming a seasoned film-maker who reflects the conversations of his times.
