Hannah was born in Kilgore, Texas where her father practiced medicine and her mother worked as a homemaker. She was home schooled along with her two older siblings. Growing up her time was filled with school, piano lessons, 4-H, travels, community service, animals and other educational activities. As a senior in high school her first movie dream came true after much hard work, perseverance, and support from friends and family. She produced, co-wrote, co-directed, and starred in "Such Subtleties" (2010). After high school, Hannah attended Biola University's Cinema and Media Arts Department near Los Angeles, California. Three semesters later she left Biola to pursue her teaching degree in Texas at LeTourneau University. However, her passion for film was not over, and a year after focusing on her teaching degree, Hannah returned back to Los Angeles for a semester of film classes, projects, and an internship. When she left California after this semester, she had clearer direction and passion for her next steps. She returned to Texas in 2013 and focused on bringing hope to broken and hurting youth from low income families. She seeks to combine her love for hurting youth and passion for film in a developing program called "Press On Ministries". Through the hard team work of film projects, Hannah wants to challenge youth to have hope and rise above their circumstances with purpose.
