Anastasia Mamontenko was born in Ukraine in 1994. She studied film at the London College of Communication and at the New York Film Academy. She holds an MA degree in philosophy from the Odesa National Mechnikov University. Her work deals with the concept of acceptance, the importance of humanism and non-duality. At the age of 17 she wrote and directed her first film "Sadom". One of her art films "Pale People of Corruption" was awarded the best surreal film by the Retro Avante Garde Film Festival of Venezia and was also presented as a video installation at the Dallas Contemporary Art Museum in 2020. Anastasia lives and works in Odesa, Ukraine.
