Michelle Miller-Day was born in Wooster, Ohio. Michelle attended the University of Southern California for her undergraduate degrees in Communication and Psychology and then completed an M.F.A. in Theatre/Acting. Michelle has always performed on stage in community and professional productions. After finishing her Ph.D. in Communication Studies and working as a Professor at Penn State University and then Chapman University she currently lives in the greater Los Angeles area and pursues her love of acting. Michelle is married to L. Edward Day who is a Professor of Sociology at Chapman University and she has two grown sons, Jordan Rassulo and Joshua Miller-Day. She is also the dog lady of her family, in 2020 this includes her rescues Frankie, Beckett, and Shush.
