Rodeck Quarshie

Entrepreneur, Mentor, and Fitness Athlete 'King Hercules' was recently crowned Body Of Africa by Mister Africa International. Through fitness training the athlete gained the opportunity to act as a double alongside A-list actor Djimon Hounsou in the movie Tarzan Untamed a Warner Brothers Production to be released in 2016. As part of MemFitness (Mentoring Educate Motivate) he serves as a role model especially for the youth of today as they play an important part of the future. With the mind set 'the sky is the limit' he encourages youths to have self belief at early stages in life, and an awareness of the greatness within to enable them to grow up with the ambition and determination to be whatever they want to be.
