Karen Ball

Karen S. Ball was born March 19, 1951 in Parkersburg, WV to William Frederick Treadway, Jr. and Norma June (Kaufman) Treadway. She has one older brother, William Frederick Treadway, III. She attended Parkersburg High School in 1967 then Parkersburg South High School graduating in 1969. She started working at the Bureau of the Public Debt in Parkersburg WV, in April 1974. she retired after 33 years in July 2006. She now resides in Washington, WV with her husband.
