Rodolfo Velasco

Rodolfo Velasco Ofalla, also known as Romeo, was born on April 18th, 1992 in Barcelona, Spain. He is the son of Emelda Ofalla (born Emelda Ofalla Obales) and Rodolfo Velasco (born Rodolfo Velasco Villanueva). His father, from Spain, is Filipino (of Spanish decent), and his mother is Spanish (of Philippines decent). While growing up, Rodolfo traveled around a lot with his parents. During his high school years, Rodolfo began to have interest in acting, and he soon followed a major in Performing Arts, the same period when he was appointed as Young Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF. He dropped out school to start working and pursue his goals in becoming an actor. In 2013, Rodolfo made his acting debut in a french series Sous Le Soleil De Saint Tropez (2013) as an extra.
