Xia Hou, also known as Shar, is a director, writer, and producer, founder and CEO of Senses Entertainment Inc., based in Los Angeles, California. Xia has worked and lived in China as well as Australia, now lives in Los Angeles. She is known for her award-winning shorts Wake Me Up and Illusion, both written and directed by her. She also produced Best Short Film of LA Shorts Competition Locked in 2016, among many other awards.
