Alex Bentley

Alex Josef Bentley is a Middle Eastern-American actor and producer who was born in San Diego, California and grew up in the Middle East. Before his film and television career, he played semi-professional baseball in Mexico and Europe. While playing college baseball in San Diego and pursuing a career in the MLB, Bentley landed his first role, ironically as a San Diego Padres player on FOX's Pitch. The featured extra role became his cathartic transition from baseball to acting. Since hanging up his cleats Bentley has booked roles in Beckman (Universal), opposite Brighton Sharbino and Billy Baldwin, Pam and Tommy (Hulu), opposite Sebastian Stan, Tell It Like A Woman, opposite Jennifer Hudson and 80 for Brady (Paramount), opposite Jane Fonda and Sally Field.
