Mónica Salvador is an Argentine actress and playwright noted for her multifaceted career. At the age of 23 she began studying at Irma Roy's school, and her first theatrical proposals appeared. In 1989 she made her debut with Julio de Grazia's La Valija, and received the Revelation Award at the Atlantic Coast. Throughout her career she has been part of numerous projects, including El Enganche, Batalla de arroz, Fuego entre mujeres and Yo elegí ser Evita. She is also the author of the titles Cómo tener sexo siempre con la misma persona, La última vez, nominated for the Estrella de Mar award for Best Dramatic Play and Best Actress and Hay que darle el gusto a mamá. In parallel, she has participated in television hits such as Hermanos y Detectives, Montecristo and Amor en Custodia, and in some film projects, such as Sin Reserva, Sergio Ramos and Antes del Adiós. She has expressed her desire to continue working in the art world, and to develop more in film.
