Irina Kompa

Irina Kompa is a Russian and an American actress. She has performed on both stage and screen. When she was 16, she moved to Moscow, worked full-time and put herself through university there. After she graduated with an MBA in Management, she won some small roles on Russian television. It was when she was on set and interacting with other actors that she fell in love with acting and got aspired to move to the U.S. and become a professional actor here. For the past three years, she has been taking acting classes at both Margie Haber Studio and Playhouse West. She speaks fluent English but also takes accent reduction classes. She can speak with a Southern accent. She also dances professionally. She has appeared in several short films and web-series and plays. She also has done professional voice-over work. Her most recent theatrical performance was in "The Journey of The Little Prince " , she adapted, directed and produced, as well as played The Little Prince for Hollywood Fringe Festival(2019). She started studying acting at the age of 23 and dancing at the age of 7, including ballet, jazz, hip-hop and modern dance. Before acting became her profession, she was a professional dancer. Irina enjoys exercising and dancing and vintage clothing. Her favorite author is Dale Carnegie.
