Matt is an actor from Toronto. He trained at Juilliard before enrolling at Harvard, where he studied neurobiology. After graduating, Matt moved to NYC and was cast in the J. J. Abrams produced hit, "The Play that Goes Wrong." His performance earned him a 2019 Lucille Lortel nomination for Best Featured Actor. Matt is also a scientist, pursuing a PhD in genetics at Columbia University with Nobel Laureate Martin Chalfie. Matt was profiled in the New York Times in recognition for his work as a scientist and actor. The profile was titled, "This Scientist is Worth a Laugh."
