Prince N. Joe is a filmmaker based in Oslo, Norway. Prince was born and raised in Monrovia, Liberia. From the hard life and streets of Monrovia, Liberia, born into poverty and survived 14 years of civil war from Liberia. He escapes with his family and went to Ivory Coast as a Refugee and survived another civil war. He got an opportunity to travel to Norway with his three sisters through United Nations with the help of the Norwegian's government. Prince fought from a young age to find the strength, faith and perseverance that lead him to film school, with a college degree in filmmaking and a six months intensive training in directing in America. It was a simple piece of advice from his Mother and Father that set Prince career in filmmaking, encouraged to keep a diary of his daily thoughts and experiences, he began writing a series of letters of bad and good memories to family, friends and himself. The letters, full of pains and happiness and in time, forgiveness of what he has been through and see other people been through and still going through. Prince is working his way up in the film business, he has produced, written and directed few short films which have been view by some international film festivals. Prince enjoys telling story that matters to him and the people around him.
