James Campbell

James Campbell is a writer/director based in Newcastle (UK) who graduated from Cleveland College of Art & Design (CCAD) in June 2015 before starting production on his ambitious Batman vs Jack the Ripper fan-film 'Ripper' two days later. The short film stars Bruce Payne (Passenger 57), Bill Fellows (Downton Abbey & Broadchurch) and Donald Standen (Christopher Reeve's double in Superman IV). The short film was also partially funded by Hollywood director Kevin Smith (Clerks, Mallrats & Chasing Amy) which helped the film greatly during the crowd funding campaign.
