Fraser Precious is an Award Winning Actor, Producer, Director, Writer and Musician from England. Originally a classical musician, Fraser won a music scholarship at the age of 11 to the prestigious Sedbergh School in the North of England, where he excelled on the trumpet. Fraser then went on to achieve university diplomas in music at the age of 14 and 16 while touring the world with various bands and ensembles. After graduating in 2006, Fraser moved to Sydney, Australia where he was offered a scholarship at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music to undertake a Bachelor of Music performance degree. Fraser spent the next 4 years performing at the highest level as a professional trumpet player while continuing his studies at the Conservatorium. Fraser most notably performed in the Sydney Opera House several times, for Verdi's Requiem and with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra. During this time Fraser experienced a series of unfortunate events that resulted in him ending up homeless on the streets. Following a short battle on the street to regain his will to live and love of music, Fraser came back stronger and ended up falling in love with acting and the film industry. Fraser completed his music degree in 2011 and moved to Stockholm, Sweden where he was offered a position as Head of Music at an International School. For the next 3 years Fraser taught music, performed all over Stockholm and trained himself as an actor in local theatres, short films and commercials. In 2014, Fraser was offered a scholarship to study Acting for Film at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles and subsequently moved his life to LA to continue his training and pursue his next dream. After graduating in 2015 Fraser enjoyed lead roles in 4 feature films, multiple short films, a TV pilot, commercials, music videos and more. It was during his time in LA that Fraser first began producing, directing and writing his own projects while making a name for himself as an actor in Hollywood. Since returning to London in 2017, Fraser produced, wrote and starred in the indie feature film 'Indulgence' before making his directorial debut with 'Safeguard', a bi-lingual Japanese inspired action thriller, both of which he produced on ultra low budgets. Over the past 6 years Fraser has been developing a feature film called 'A Precious Life' based on his previous experience as a classical trumpet player in Sydney. In 2017, Fraser wrote, produced, directed and starred in the short film concept of 'A Precious Life' which premiered at Cannes Film Festival in 2018. Since then, Fraser has won multiple awards for the short including Best Actor, Best Short Film and Best Screenplay for A Precious Life. After 6 years of development, Fraser is finally making the multi million dollar feature film of his story and hopes to inspire millions of people around the world and in doing so raise awareness for mental health and homelessness, areas which are very close to his heart.
