Actress Christina Foster was born in a house located in the "fruit belt", on the east side of Buffalo, NY on a cold winter night with her cousin Delores delivering her. She is the oldest of ten children; three from her mother Elizabeth (Threatt) excluding herself and seven in total from her father Lamont (Foster - deceased) including herself. Despite life challenges of growing up in foster care being subjected to abuse she became resilient by not allowing any obstacle to detour her journey of faith and triumph by later publishing her first book, "Restoration: In The Words of A True Lyricist" (2011). Foster enrolled at Buffalo State College with an intent to have a career in business but later received her BSW in Social Work with a minor in Sociology. However, during her spring semester she was encouraged by her Theater 106 professor Andrew (Kahn) to pursue acting because he believed she had a gift (2007). Despite his advice, it was not until years later in January of 2015 Foster finally started acting classes with Acting Coach, Frank (Rossi) learning the art of acting, utilizing Sanford (Meisner) techniques and Stella (Adler) Method. Since then Foster has studied under the tutelage of her Mentors Phil (Davis) and Willie (Judson) concentrating on stage and improve. Foster was cast in her first independent film, - The Glass Floor with a supporting role as Erica Summers (2015). In the spring of that same year she made her stage debut in a small role as Nia with Ujima Theater Company - In The Red And Brown Water directed by Lorna D Hill whom she admires (2015). Principal and Supporting roles followed in various independent films and Web Series - The Glass Floor (2015), Romeo 3000 (2015), Turnabout (2015), Message In The Bottle (2015), Him & Her (2015), The Quarter Life Crisis (2015), and in 2016 she was casted as Lead in a TV Pilot directed by Phil (Davis) in Daddy's Girl Club (2016). In the summer of 2016 Foster was cast as Luticia in stage play - The Wedding of The Waters written by Mark (Goldman) held at the Canalside in Buffalo, NY. One of her favorite projects was being cast as Rena in August Wilsons - Jitney who she believes is one of the greatest playwrights in his time.
