Ross B. Kelly

08/27/15 Ross Kelly is an American comedian, writer and actor, living in Chicago, IL. He was born in Louisville, KY, although he spent most of his childhood and adolescence in St. Louis, MO. After a couple of stints at Southern Illinois University, studying philosophy, Ross moved to Chicago to pursue comedy. He is a writer for the satirical news periodical, The Whiskey Journal (thewhiskeyjournal.com), where he also produces short videos.
