Jeff Kapp

Jeffrey Paul "Jeff" Kapp (Born in Lansing Michigan) is an American Film Director, Film Producer, and Screenwriter, best known for his Feature Film "Scapegoat". Jeff made his Feature Film Debut with "Scapegoat" (2018). Jeff is the CEO and Co-Founder of Vigilant Entertainment which was formed in 2017 along side partners, Noah Watkins and Shane Schanski. Starting out making short films and Promotional videos, Jeff and his company went on to Write and Produce their first film and a company, "Scapegoat".
