Born in Mt Pleasant UT while her mom, Jody Duncan Arnold and Father Paul Lew Arnold, were visiting family. Grew up in Las Vegas NV, married the love of her life James Loveland. Her and her husband moved to Cedar City UT to attend Southern Utah University. She raised three boys: Triston, Mason, and Carson in Cedar City, where she is now considered a local.
