Nick Waldner

An entrepreneur at heart, Nick ran a photography business and joined a start-up that helped develop Cold Stone Creameries prior to his current career in real estate. While handling the commercial real estate for Cold Stone, Nick turned his passion towards residential real estate and started the successful firm, The Waldner Winters Team. Aside from his professional success, Nick's most enjoyable moments on the job revolve around seeing his clients realize their highest and best real estate goals. Nick's passion for work is equivalent to his passion for the outdoors; helping potential home owners find their dream home is just as thrilling as spending time in the great outdoors. An avid globetrotter, Nick has spent time climbing to the highest mountain in Africa: Mount Kilimanjaro, surfing the east coast of Australia, rafting in New Zealand, scuba diving in Fiji and more. A lifelong resident of Maryland, Nick grew up in Carroll County. He graduated Cum Laude with a dual degree in Finance and Marketing from Salisbury University.
