Paula Telander is the founder of TeaTime Entertainment a multi-faceted production company, specializing in producing quality inspirational driven motion pictures, music videos, and documentaries. She began her career as a dancer, choreographer, artistic director, and casting director with the Stuttgart Ballet (West Germany), San Francisco Ballet and Solano Civic Ballet. Her filmography includes director of music video I Am A Man First (2018), which won a 60th Grammy Award Consideration for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Music Video. Choreographer for animation/short Synchronicity (2000), which won New York International Independent Film & Video Festival Grand Jury Prize - Best Animation (2001). Sound Coordinator for Star Trek: Birth of the Federation (1999), MechWarrior 3: Pirates' Moon (1999), MechWarrior 3 (1999), B-17 Flying Fortress: The Mighty 8th (1999), Top Gun: Hornet's Nest (1998), Doctor Dolittle (1998), Men In Black (1997), Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight (1995), Sugar Hill (1993), and Menace II Society (1993). As an actress, she appeared uncredited in The Berlin Affair (1985), and The Right Stuff (1983). With more than 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry, as a producer, creative director, art director, TV/radio host, mentor, and music executive, she has produced film/music marketing packages, press kits, photo shoots, and music videos for a variety artists, producers, record labels, and film companies. She's worked with recording artists such as Beyoncé (Destiny's Child), Maxine Jones (EnVogue), India Arie, Jody Watley, Deniece Williams, Brenda Vaughn, Nikita Germaine (Train), Rosie Gaines (Prince), Sakai (Train), BlaqueIce, The Click, E-40, Luniz, Master P, Spice 1, Suga T, Tru, Westside Connection, Frankie Beverly & Maze, Michael Cooper, Lenny Williams, Whispers, Najee, Stanley Clarke, D'Wayne Wiggins, Yasmeena, and John Lee Hooker, Jr. just to name a few. Telander and business partner James Gardiner, award-winning producer/composer, are the co-founders/owners of Pajama Studios, a world-class, award-winning recording studio, Touch-Tone Productions, a full service music production company, and Gardiner Music Mentoring, a full-immersion mentoring curriculum designed to successfully launch professional careers for youth, and adults in the music industry.
