Philip LoPresti is a poet, author and photographer living in Upstate New York. He has gained a small cult following with his six books of poetry including "I Am Suicide", "Death Bird Poem", "Paranoia In The Funhouse" (co-written by Jordan Krall) and his latest collection "A Creeping Plague Will Take My Place" published in 2018. In 2016 he voiced an off-screen killer in Salem Kapsaski's cult film Spidarlings (2016), released by Troma Entertainment. His first book of photography "The Body Is Beyond Language" was published in 2017. "The Body Is Beyond Language" is a series of 13 manipulated photographs that explore the body as a landscape of disease, self harm, loneliness, confusion, identity loss, and pleasure.
