She trained with Fourth Monkey Theatre Company on their Two Year Repertory Programme, graduating in September 2014 after a sell-out run of 'Alice' at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, in which she played the lead role. She then went on to train with The Actors Class, completing their Industry Course at The Tristan Bates Theatre in March 2016. Her best-known credits include Addie in 'Dixi' for Kindle Entertainment and CBBC, Camelia in 'Russian Dolls' directed by Hamish Macdougall (The Kings Head Theatre), Daire in 'Elemental' directed by Rikki Beadle-Blair (The Bush Theatre), Olivia in 'Nothing's Going To Change My World' directed by Philip James McGoldrick, Jade in 'Doctors' for the BBC, Sasha in 'Sasha's Trial' directed by John Grey (film) and Trevor MacFarlane (stage), and the lead in The Walters' 'I Love You So' official music video. Alongside this, Mollie also co-runs Shrink Theatre Company, which she founded with fellow Fourth Monkey Alumni in December 2014 after winning the Judges Award and the Audience Choice Award at Faith Drama's Theatre Madness Festival.
