Feliz Ramirez

Feliz Ramirez was born into a loving family on January 21, 1992 in San Antonio, Texas and is the second oldest of eight children. Her father, Jesus Ramirez, who founded a production co. in Texas, introduced Feliz to life in front of the camera at an early age, Feliz was fascinated with her father's work, and at age 4, she landed her first acting job in a Spanish-language commercial for Paragon Cable (1996). At age 14, Ramirez was cast as the lead role in an independent film, Mia's Story, being shot in San Antonio. Soon after, she realized she wanted to pursue acting as a career (2006). Ramirez was also a top athlete on all of her sports teams throughout middle school and high school, including volleyball, basketball, softball, and track and field. Leading her high school to two state championships, she went on to sign a full-ride college scholarship to St. Francis College, a Division I school located in Brooklyn, New York. She knew attending a college located in the heart of New York City would open new and exciting doors within the acting world. While at St. Francis, Ramirez studied film and broadcasting. During her time off, she worked as a model and actress in commercials and student films, eventually being invited to join Primitive Grace, a theatre group led by Paul Calderon and David Zayas. She landed a role in the Off-Broadway production of Fringe of Humanity and was cast in a co-starring role on CBS's Bull. (2016) She also worked in the shoe modeling industry resulting in a shoe being named after her: the Steve Madden, Feliz. After just 1 year of auditioning for pilot season in New York, Ramirez booked her first Series Regular role, "Carolina" on ABC's Grand Hotel produced by Eva Longoria, starring Demian Bichir and Roselyn Sanchez. (2017) During her free time, Ramirez enjoys staying acting by, competing in beach volleyball tournaments, surfing, playing basketball pickup games, and camping. She also enjoys traveling, writing poetry and music lyrics, playing the piano & guitar, sketching and spending time with her loving family.
