Renee Wylder

Renee was born and raised in Sacramento, CA to Sean and Shari Wylder. Renee grew up singing in churches. She started singing since before she could really talk. Coming out of Orangevale Seventh-Day Adventist Academy and after participating in community theater; she fell in love with musicals. Her first big role was Maria in 'The Sound of Music' during her sophomore year of High School. She fell in love with acting and went on to study at The Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts (now Pacific Conservatory Theatre), also called PCPA. She finished up her Bachelor's Degree at U.C., Irvine. Renee had the opportunity to work with Pamela Winslow (Into the Woods, directed by James Lapine) in the world premiere of Higher Education at Apples and Oranges Theatre Company; and understudy the role of Jerusha Abbott during the regional theatre run of 'Daddy Long Legs.' She also played Elsa at CAC Studios in a show for children called "Princess and Superheroes Academy." Renee also studied On-Camera Acting (Advanced Class) at Studio 24; and Career Development with AJ Riley. She lives in Los Angeles.
