J. Tithonus Pednaud

Researcher and author J. Tithonus Pednaud is Canada's leading teratological historian, with a fascination for bizarre physiological abnormalities and the incredible lives of the people so afflicted. His research is featured on his website, The Human Marvels (thehumanmarvels.com), and has appeared in various media. Since childhood, Pednaud has had an interest in all things weird and strange, from cryptozoology to human oddities to bizarre history. He worked for a time as a carnival sideshow performer. In Toronto, he co-founded the Something Strange sideshow events, featuring performances by a variety of unusual acts. His first book, "After Life: True Tales of the Restless Dead", chronicling the bizarre history surrounding the use and treatment of human remains, was published in 2015.
