Shepsut Kemkem Tchet Ter Wilson is an American actress. She was born October 19, 1988, in Manhattan, New York, and is the daughter of Vanessa Thomas- Wilson, pharmacist, and Sule Greg Wilson, a teacher, author and musician. In 1995, her family moved to Phoenix, Arizona where she remained for the rest of her childhood. Her first stage role was playing "Pepper," the bully orphan, from the musical "Annie." As an energetic and competitive kid, Wilson was constantly involved with sports and as captain and MVP, led her teams to championships for volleyball, soccer and track. During the summers, Wilson enrolled in various performing arts clubs and musical theatre camps. Since her father is a storyteller and musician, Wilson often participated in his live shows and can even be heard singing on his album, "Ancestral Whirlwind." Wilson attended both Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University where she graduated with a magna cum laude honors degree in Advertising and Public Relations within three years at the age of 20. It wasn't until the age of 25 that Wilson gave herself permission to fully pursue her passion for acting and landed her first talent agent.
