Being born to a militant Muslim father and a Southern Christian woman would make anyone need therapy. Luckily, Derik Zoo has turned his therapy into stand-up comedy. Known for his charismatic personality and easygoing commentary, Derik connects with his audience in a way that makes them think and laugh. Derik co-starred in the critically acclaimed independent film Bethlehem in 2015, and his been featured on the ABC hit show Nashville. Derik loves hugs and hi-fives, so don't be afraid to give him either after a show.
