Rahmi Ozgunduz was born in Tire district of Izmir. He's a theatre, television and movie actor. He completed his primary and secondary education in Tire and high education in the ISFF State Conservatory Department of Theatre in Berlin. An actor of theater origin, Ozgunduz played the lead role in the theatre adaptation of the novel 'Funny Girl', which created a tremendous impression in the world by Anthony McCarten, one of the famous Hollywood writers, screenwriters and producers. The play was first performed at Salzburg State Theatre in Austria. Rahmi Ozgunduz is the titleholder of the first Turkish state theater artist to represent Turkey in Austria. Ozgunduz, a member of the Salzburg State Theatre since 2015, has appeared before the audience in plays such as William Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet" and Friedrich Schiller's "Don Carlos". His first acting experience on television is the "Ravsan" character he portrays in Soko Leipzig, a police television series on ZDF in 2015. In 2016, he starred in the short film "Bakkal" and portrayed the character "Deniz". He also participated in many film festivals in Europe, including Berlin and Cannes Film Festivals.
