Parker was born on March 1, 2007 in Dallas, Texas. He began modeling at the age of two, but he discovered his passion for acting at the age of six, when he accompanied his older brother, Prestyn Bates to a commercial audition. He inadvertently wound up in the audition room himself and booked the job. He went on to secure roles in commercials, PSAs and short film productions in Dallas and Austin, before setting his sights on Hollywood. Once he secured representation with during his first trip to Los Angeles, he began auditioning regularly. During his first six months in Los Angeles, Parker scored a series regular role on NBC's hit show "This Is Us", playing 'Young Kevin Pearson', son of Rebecca (Mandy Moore) and Jack (Milo Ventimiglia). As a part of this award-winning ensemble, his role on "This Is Us" has opened up new and incredible opportunities such as; being the red carpet correspondent for this year's iHeartRadio Awards where he interviewed big name musicians like Bebe Rexha, Agnez Mo, Billie Eilish, Garth Brooks and Kacey Musgraves to name a few. Up next for Parker is his very first lead in the feature film, Magic Max, where Parker opted to do all of his own stunts in this film thanks to his gymnastics background. Parker plays 'Tim Hart' opposite Ivan Sergei (90210) and Barry Corbin, which follows a second-rate magician (Sergei) who works with a boss he hates. When his older brother dies, Max takes custody of his ten-year-old nephew (Bates) and tries his last hand at love. Past credits also include; an appearance on TV Land's "Teachers", as 'Jonah', voice acting in Disney's "Tangled: The Series", and producing and starring in the short film, "Pink Jacket", playing the lead opposite his brother Prestyn, which is currently circulating in major film festivals. A part from acting, his second passion is cooking. He has made appearances on platforms such as Buzzfeed Tasty and has published recipes in OK Magazine! He even has his own menu items available to order at Great Wolf Lodge where he is head of the Junior Chef Council. Parker also has a love for animals and currently serves as an ambassador for Paw Works Rescue Group in Thousand Oaks California. In fact, Parker has rescued two pups of his own, Archie and Rico!
