Anvita Gupta

Born in India to a Naval Officer, Anvita moved to Singapore for her graduate degree in Arts in Communication. She continued to work in advertising and journalism before leaving her thriving career to convert her hobby as an actor into a career choice. She's an actor, writer and director and has been an active stage and film actor since 2009. She won the "Best Supporting Actress" award for the feature film Tashi at the Calcutta International Cult Film Festival 2018, and "Best Actor" award for the 48 Hour Film Project Singapore 2015 for the short film 'Guilt'. Having gained her skills in Lee Strasberg's Method Acting and the Meisner techniques, she insists on being challenged and loves bringing people's truth to life.
