Ron's driven and hard-working personality, combined with his artistic abilities (just like his father, Joe, who once sang in front of Frank Sinatra himself) attracted the attention of independent director Marcus Reyes. Ron was offered a part in his series, "Blue City," where he played a ruthless gangster in the last 4 episodes. Ron was also cast for Al Pacino's most recent project, "The Irishman," where Ron plays one of Pacino's fellow inmates. However, while playing alongside highly accredited celebrities, Ron was longing for a project which would honor his Brooklyn roots and tell the true story of what it was like growing up in the streets of Brooklyn's Bensonhurst. He together with several actors already familiar with each other after working together in Blue City became fascinated with the idea and started working on the script and is currently in the works.
