Miguel E. Escobar Ruiz

Miguel E. Escobar Ruiz is a Filmmaker born in 1989, Caracas, Venezuela. He studied Mass Communications at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello specializing in Audiovisual Arts. In 2016 he earned his MFA in Film Productions at Full Sail University. His Experience ranges from film and video to sound and marketing. He has worked as Director, Producer and Director of Photography in several projects from Fiction to Documentary and Commercials. His Passion for photography and visual imagery has led him to pursue a career that let him create beautiful images for the world to see. Before coming to the US, Miguel worked in Venezuela doing Short films, advertising, corporate videos, wedding videos and photography. Miguel is also a musician and that's why he started producing live sessions as his passion project; projects where beautiful imagery could mix with incredible music. Mixing passion and a wide variety of skills in film makes him a good addition to groups and crews who want to produce quality products; doesn't matter is he is producer, director, DP or somewhere in the production and post-production pipeline, Miguel always gives his best to fulfill his duties as perfect as possible and is always there to lend a hand to anyone who might need it.
