Billy Rokos is an Australian cinematographer best known for his work on the films of Neon Black Pictures. He is a member of Australian Cinematographers Society. Rokos specialises as a director of photography on theatrical feature films, short films and TV content. In 2018 he established Neon Black Pictures, a highly regarded film and commercial production company, and has shot many of the company's projects in addition to many other external films and commercials. He received his first award in 2015 for his outstanding achievement in cinematography for the short film Life Without You (2015), awarding him a free membership and entry into the ACS (Australian Cinematographers Society). He is also known for his work in Aisling (2015), Siloam (2015), Marooned (2015), The Journey of Speed (2015), Road to Targa (2017), and Ghoul Power (2019). Rokos also worked as a co-producer on many of his projects under Neon Black Pictures. In 2019 he nominated for best cinematographer for his work in Ghoul Power (2019).
