Henry Button was born in the City of Coventry, England in June 1999. His father is English, while his mother was born in Wales. At the age of 4 his family moved to mid Wales and he soon became immersed in the arts and drama of Welsh society. Throughout his school career Henry had the confidence to enthrall on the stage, participating in many Eisteddfod shows. His clear RP dialogue together with an education in Welsh language has allowed him to develop a range of accents to suit the varied roles he has performed. He later joined the Attic Players in Newcastle Emlyn, starring in a range of shows including Peter in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. During this time he was also cast in Tunnel Vision, a film by Goldhill Productions and provided voice over for the Carmarthenshire walking tours project. After 10 years in Wales the family moved back to Norfolk, England, where Henry has continued his acting career. He started with Hamlet in a promenade production by The Keepers Daughter, directed by Mark Finbow, and performed in the feature film With Love From... Suffolk (2016). Since then he has taken the lead role of Galileo in the Diss High School production of We Will Rock You, and as Romeo in another promenade production of Romeo and Juliet by The Keepers Daughter, along with voice over work for the Cambridge University Press. Henry is now completing his school education in Drama, Music and Media, with an interest in continuing his studies at LAMDA.
