J.A. Salimbene was born as 'John Salimbene' in Newark, NJ. He is a writer, director, producer, and actor still based in the greater New York area and acquiring a BFA in filmmaking at Montclair State University. He is known for his latest short film 'Nomad Boy' which he wrote, directed, and co-produced. As an actor he is known for his lead roles in Hold The Mayo, Prose For Rose, and Remember to Forget and was nominated for a best actor award for Prose For Rose at the Brightside Tavern Film Festival.
