Elissa Houles started drama courses at the Theater du Gymnase and then Theater Off in Marseille in 2000. She participated to one of the A.R.I.A (International Theatre Meetings in Corsica) drama training driven by Robin Renucci. She performed her first theatre play of Hanokh Levin directed by Alain Batis in 2007. She studied 11 years long at the School of Dramatic Art of Cabriès and with the drama company Le Contrepoint Theatre directed by Myrtille Buttner. She performed in various theatre plays in varied theatrical genres. She starts leading theatre workshops in colleges and high schools in 2016 and is about to become certified drama teacher in state education. Besides she appeared in independant short films, some of which have been selected or awarded in independant film festivals. She plays in her first feature film « Dark Patch » aka « Angels Vs.Zombies » directed by Emmanuel Saez and international distributed by Tricoast Worldwide. Elissa Houles speaks english and german. As active member of the AFCI and Jury member she enjoys discovering and rewarding independant directors and cinema staffs thanks to the International Independant Film festival SMR13 (France).
