Dane Parsons

Dane Barrie Parsons was born in Sydney, Australia. Studying 3D animation at Enmore design center and working in numerous industries for over a decade Dane was able to harness his knowledge of motion and emotion and translate it to live action. Dane decided to become a filmmaker in 2015 after the rough treatment of VFX artists from certain directors in the industry. Dane studied Film-making at Sydney Film base Parramatta 2015 where his script was chosen to become the classes short film. He was then hired by faceless Inc, a rising recording studio to create music videos which was his "foot in the door". His 2nd Short film "Il Danno" was made in early 2016 has been a Semi-Finalist in LA Cine fest and Hollywood Screenings and has been received well by critics and audiences During this time he founded Faceless Image a production company specializing in music videos. He recently won the 2016 Coast to Coast Maimi music video contest for his video "All about me" and was accepted as a full member of the Australian Directors Guild (ADG) for his contribution to music videos in Sydney.
