Trumpet player and composer Mike Cottone hails from Rochester, New York. Cottone was given his first trumpet at the age of ten. A graduate of both the Juiliard School of Performing Arts and the Eastman School of Music, Mike also attended the prestigious Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz. Among the notable artists who Cottone has performed and/or recorded with are Al Jarreau, Haley Reinhart, Casey Abrams, Neil Diamond, Rubén Blades, Don Henley, Robin Thicke, Postmodern Jukebox, the Mudbug Brass Band, Blood Sweat & Tears, and the Eagles. Mike released his first album "Just Remember" in 2011. This was followed by his second album "Thank You" in 2020.
