Daniella Maria Macolino (born October 6, 1991) is an American actress and model in New Jersey. Daniella is the second child to parents Michele and Michael, both of Italian descent. At the age of 4 months, Daniella was diagnosed with a blood disorder called Thalassemia, which requires her to receive blood transfusions regularly. However, Daniella never let that stop her from following her dream. The Macolino family are no strangers to having a performer around. Michael's older sister Virginia Macolino modeled and acted in TV shows such as Baretta. She was also the original lead singer for the band Berlin. Having preforming in her blood from a young age, Daniella always loved being the life of every family event performing whenever an audience was available. In middle school, Daniella joined the chorus and drama clubs and at that time her passion for acting developed. She began taking professional acting classes with Donna Marrazzo at the New Jersey Repertory Company in Long Branch, NJ. Daniella and Donna Marrazzo crossed paths years later when Daniella worked with her at her NY studio. Throughout high school Daniella performed in the theater productions her school produced. Her love of acting followed her throughout college where she graduated Brookdale Community College with a degree in the arts after which Daniella transferred to Kean University where she graduated with a Bachelors degree in Communication. After graduating college, Daniella decided that she wanted to pursue acting as a career. She attended the William Esper studio acting school in New York City where she studied with David Newer and Jennifer Monaco.
