Brigitte Tamar is an American actress, singer, model and skilled multi-disciplinary combat specialist. She was born and raised in Oregon on a small farm with her brother Dominic. Brigitte is the daughter of Kim, and Craig Wilmes, both small business owners. From an early age she knew performing was her passion starting with her first role in a community theater version of Annie at the age of 5. Being from a very small community with limited acting opportunities, Brigitte was able to express herself artistically throughout her childhood through extensive participation in community and school theater productions, Ballet performances, choral competitions, and creating and directing her own film content. After Graduating from Jesuit High School, Wilmes moved to Fort Worth Texas to attend Texas Christian University's "Bob Schieffer College of Communication" Film, Television, and Digital Media program. While enrolled at the University she gained a deeper appreciation, understanding, and passion for acting and all aspects of film and television production. During her enrollment at TCU, Brigitte was crowned Miss Oregon USA 2015 and decided to put her degree on hold to fulfill her duties as Miss Oregon and expand her career as a signed model. Through her time as Miss Oregon USA, Brigitte received extensive training and experience in televised interview, hosting, commercials, runway, modeling, public speaking. After competing in the nationally televised Miss USA competition, she completed her duties as Miss Oregon and moved to Los Angeles where she appeared in her first feature films "Ms. Purple" (2019) in the role of a Doumi Girl and "2 Graves in the Desert" (2020) in the role of Blondie's Girlfriend. Brigitte has continued perfecting her craft with classes at Killian's workshop, Groundlings, and Acting and Beyond. Brigitte is both a classically and operatically trained vocalist but loves singing country western and classic rock. Her love for country western music comes from growing up listening to LP's of the likes of Johnny Cash, Loretta Lynn, and Dolly Parton with her grandfather. Brigitte continues to have an extensive album collection ranging from classic country to 80's rock which she listens to daily. Brigitte Tamar has been trained extensively in boxing, muay thai, kickboxing, hand to hand combat, broad sword, and staff by some of the best in the industry including Wild Card Boxing, Unbreakable performance, and The Academy of Theatrical Combat.
